Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Blank items may be returned unwashed and unworn.
  • Customized products are not eligible for return. However, please contact us at canadiancustomjerseys@gmail.com if there are any issues with your order.

Timeframe for Returns

  • Blank items must be returned within 10 business days of receipt.

Refund Type

  • Refunds on blank items will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Store credit or replacement prints can be negotiated for items that are not eligible for return.

Restocking or Return Fees

  • A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for returning items to our office.
  • We are unable to provide return labels.

Process for Returns To initiate a return, please contact us at canadiancustomjerseys@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos and a detailed description of the problem. One of our associates will reply within 2 business days to work on a solution.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of the items being confirmed as returned to our office.

Exchanges

  • Blank items can be exchanged for other items of equal value, provided the 5% restocking fee is paid.
  • Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • We will replace any items that arrive damaged or defective. Please email us at canadiancustomjerseys@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the damage or defect, and a detailed description of the problem.
