Return and Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Blank items may be returned unwashed and unworn.
- Customized products are not eligible for return. However, please contact us at canadiancustomjerseys@gmail.com if there are any issues with your order.
Timeframe for Returns
- Blank items must be returned within 10 business days of receipt.
Refund Type
- Refunds on blank items will be issued to the original payment method.
- Store credit or replacement prints can be negotiated for items that are not eligible for return.
Restocking or Return Fees
- A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for returning items to our office.
- We are unable to provide return labels.
Process for Returns To initiate a return, please contact us at canadiancustomjerseys@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos and a detailed description of the problem. One of our associates will reply within 2 business days to work on a solution.
Refund Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of the items being confirmed as returned to our office.
Exchanges
- Blank items can be exchanged for other items of equal value, provided the 5% restocking fee is paid.
- Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
- We will replace any items that arrive damaged or defective. Please email us at canadiancustomjerseys@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the damage or defect, and a detailed description of the problem.
